Not all pages are working successfully , some pages craches, and no validation on the submited data , ex : i entered my birthday 12-11 -2016 it was accepted !! Funny but the only good thing is i can track my credit and validity

A very good application with helpful information on subscribers current plan and other services available by Zain-Jo. The map service for Zain store locations is faulty and needs to be fixed in the coming versions.

Adding the services does not prompt a confirmation box .. if you click on any option in the app to get more info, the service would be added immediately ant money deducted immediately.. they do that on purpose because they know most people would decline service if offered confirmation option and more information

Horrible app, has like 3 different buttons for cellular packages which makes it very unclear. You can never complete a full task through the app you’ll always need to call a support from zain, which renders the app useless in my opinion. I’ve tried tens of different apps in different countries and I’ve never seen such service. Oh and along with that, last time i’ve made a call to them they told me, that I was ignorant enough to press on ads sent automatically to my phone and I was scammed out of 5JDs. Those are ads YOU give permission to send to my phone and there’s no way to cancel them, and by the way, I never pressed any button other than exit, which makes it your fault. Stop scamming people and sending hundreds of these ads to our phones.

استعمل التطبيق منذ فترة طويلة لكن واجهت مشكلة عند إعادة الدفع في الدفع الإلكتروني حيث يظهر لي أن قيمة الفاتورة خاطئة يرجى متابعة الموضوع ‏أيضا لا يوجد مكان التبليغ عن أي مشاكل تقنيات تواجهنا في التطبيق سوى الدعم الفني

Very slow and crashes often. Had to delete it and head to the zain shop for assistance!

Please fix the app bugs i cant log in and it requires a new password everytime when i set a new password it keeps loading

Need a major overhaul to become friendly and easy to navigate and find the needed services. Just one example, you cannot find your package type easily.

لماذا يطلب مني للتسجيل قبل دخول التطبيق حتى لو كنت اريد مشاهدة العروض ؟ انا وصلتي sms من زين وانا عميل شركة اخرى ولم استطع مشاهدة العروض لانني لا استطيع التسجيل لانه بكل بساطة لا املك رقم زين مع العلم انني كنت على استعداد لتحويل خط الهاتف والانترنت اذا ناسبتني العروض. اتمنى اعادة النظر في التطبيق، وعذرا لانني قيمت التطبيق بنجمه واحدة ولكن هذا رايي الشخصي

An issue cannot be solved by the customer service person, and catching a manager who can make a decision is impossible.

You can’t reach any customer service employee They ask for 0.05 JD for any customer service call ! And they didn’t answer 😂 I’m Zain customer since 2000 And they still have big mistakes

Why are you guys raise my Blan charge without consuming with me that’s the second time in the role you cannot just raise the price without letting your customer know. That’s a very bad company. And we should boycott you . If you need to raise the plan you need to confirm it with your customer first.

اسوء شركة واسوء خط واسوء انترنت من Mada! لا انصح به ولا انصح التعامل معهم. وفر وقتك ومالك وجهدك لانهم لا يحترمون الزباين ولا الوقت

when I type the confirmation pin nothing happens & the confirm button does nothing!

Such a slow and dumb app for a big telecommunication company. Takes forever to open the credit card page to pay for services. Unless it’s designed like that so you have to go buy it from a store with extra fees!! Never know!

When i pay with Visa they deduct the amount but its never added to my balance unless i contact customer support every single time 👎 عند الدفع بالفيزا يخصم المبلغ لكن لا تتم اضافته الا اذا تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء

عند الخروج من التطبيق اثناء كتابة تفاصيل الفيزا يتم اعادة ومسح كل شيء مكتوب بمجرد الخروج الرجاء تحسين هذه الخدمه

حبيت جدد اشتراكي عن طريق التطبيق. وفعلا دفعت عن طريق المحفظه. سعر البطاقه. اخذتو المصاري. وساعه كامله حتى وصلني الرصيد.

Very easy to use, it's easy to recharge and renew your subscription. Great phone company.

1) Zain will not hesitate to stop your account, if you exceed an imaginary limit (they set but don’t tell you about)- even if you exceed it by 1 JD. Yet Zain will take weeks and weeks to correct any mistake to refund any amount, that they incorrectly debited from your account. 2) Zain knows about, and therefore SUPPORTS, the fake MMS advertising that automatically CHARGES you REPEATEDLY every few days. This may take you a while to notice on your bill. They will eventually will stop if you call them, BUT will never refund the debited amounts. They will tell you that you approved these charges BUT PROVIDE NO PROOF.

Unable to pay bills, very primitive app.

نحن مشترك منذ تسع سنوات في خدمة الهاتف والنت لدى شركة زين . وقد اخطأ معنا احد موظفيكم في الخامس والعشرين من شهر مارس الماضي .في تعديل اشتراكنا في خدمة النت الذي ظل معنا لعدة سنوات مؤخراً ضمن باقة 5 جيجا شهرياً بمبلغ 3 دينار . ونعمل على تعبئة رصيد حسابنا بانتظام ، من خلال بطاقة ال12 دينار .نستخدمها لخصم ماعلينا لخدمة النت ، وللمكالمات الخارجية والداخلية التي نحتاج اليها . الى خدمة اخرى دون ان يشرح لنا بالتفصيل طبيعة خدمته والتزاماته ( فيما ادعى خلاف ذلك ) وقد تكرم مشكوراً مدير الفرع في "عمّان مول " الاستاذ / ابو عمر ، بإلغاء ذلك الإشتراك غير المناسب كليةً لحاجتنا الإعتيادية طيلة السنوات الماضية ولا حالياً . حيث اني لاأحتاج عادة الى اكثر من 5 جيجا شهرياً ، بأي حال من الأحوال . ويمكنكم مراجعة استهلاكنا من خدمة النت طيلة السنوات التسع الماضية لاشتراكنا معكم . ولكني تفاجأت مجدداً ان الموظف الذي كلف من قبل مدير الفرع المذكور ، اعاد الينا نظام الاشتراك السابق وخدماته المعلومة من بنظام شحن الرصيد ، ولكن لم تعد الينا خدمة الاشتراك في النت بواقع 5 جيجا شهرياً بالثمن الذي ظلينا نسدده سابقاً . وتلى ذلك بكل اسف ان اضطررنا لتعبئة خدمة النت بواقع 20 جيجا اسبوعياً ، خلال الأسبوع الماضي - مساءً ونحن خارج المنزل - لحاجتنا الى ارسال بعض المراسلات رداً على رسائل عاجلة تلقيتها من احد ابنائي في المانيا . كما ان طرأ اشكال اضافي معنا بحيث اني بفقدان خدمة النت حتى من خلال خدمة الواي فاي في المنزل في احيان متعددة منذ جرى تعديل الخدمة مؤخراً . وهكذا كما ترون فقد بت بحاجة الى استخدام هذه الخدمة من وحدات النت من فئة ال20 جيجا ، ثم اعادة شحنها مجدداً كل اسبوع دون الحاجة نهائياً لكمية الخدمة المقدمة فيها . عليه يرجى التوجيه الى من يلزم باستعادة خدمة النت السابقة الينا بواقع 5 جيجا شهرياً . مع خالص الشكر .

بتعمل ساين ان بتكبس على ريتشارج بطفي التطبيق، بترجع بتشغله بتكبس ريتشارج بطفي، وبطييء جدا بالتحميل، اسوا تطبيق شركة اتصالات استخدمته في حياتي على الايفون!

It says I’m already registered, doesn’t log me in even though I have wifi off, and won’t let me sign in or skip signing in. Extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Even back when it would let me sign in, it was nearly impossible to successfully pay my bill through the app which is super inconvenient.

The worst internet connection

Iam not giving you an access to my camera ,microphone,location without my permission. (deleted) won’t install this application again until those conditions are edited

Worst company in the world

If logout sometimes you simply can’t log back in & I test that over the last couple of years (so it’s not new thing after an update), when press continue nothing happened & when you press sign new number either error or nothing & skip is just a button sitting there as a decoration.

Horrible app. Zain claims that the data plan is activated. However, they started deducting money from my credit per megabyte. Worst company ever .......
